We are excited to make it easier than ever to receive roles from us and submit candidates to our openings here at Publicis Sapient!

What you can expect from us:

  • It is Publicis Sapient’s policy to work through the vendor who shall handle all logistics, interview scheduling, and contractual paperwork for candidates which the vendor contacted. The vendor is responsible for obtaining an agreement and to adhere to all requirements, including local legal requirements, in place to do business with Publicis Sapient.
  • We will provide you with as many details as we can up front to ensure you have the opportunity to find the best candidates for our open positions.
  • We expect our vendors to communicate with the candidates that they will be submitted to Publicis Sapient and for which type of engagement /role they are being considered, e.g. for a contractor or a full-time position.
  • The Publicis Sapient Hiring Team’s policy for representation of candidates is based on the submission time stamp into the system of record.
  • The ownership period will differ by region and will be communicated with you up front upon signing a new MSA. If you have any questions about the ownership period in your region, please reach out to your Publicis Sapient Recruiting Partner.
  • Our Recruiters are committed to getting you timely feedback - at the most, you should expect to hear from us within 5 business days. You will be able to see the status of all of your submitted candidates directly in this portal and if you have any questions or would like additional feedback, feel free to reach out to your Publicis Sapient Recruiting Partner.
  • If an open role gets cancelled at any time, we will notify you as soon as possible to ensure you are not wasting your efforts.

What we expect from you:

  • Job descriptions should be approved by your Publicis Sapient Recruiting Partner before posting on all public job sites.
  • Before submitting to Publicis Sapient details of any candidates, you shall ensure that the consent of the data subject (the candidate) is obtained.
  • All candidates must be submitted with a complete and accurate profile through our agency portal. If the minimum set of information is not present or the candidate is submitted outside of our portal, the submission could be rejected by the Publicis Sapient Hiring Team.
  • The resume uploaded must not contain any details of the vendor’s such as email address, company name, agent, etc. All details on the resume must be that of the candidate’s.
  • When you submit a candidate through the Publicis Sapient portal, we assume you will adhere to all MSA requirements.
  • If a candidate’s email address is already in our database, you will not be able to submit the candidate.
  • If you submit the person anyways with a false email, your submittal will not be honored.
  • If we find the candidate in our database with a different email address, your submittal may not be honored.
  • If a candidate submission is rejected because he/she is already in our database, you may submit the candidate to your Publicis Sapient Recruiting Partner over email.
  • You may or may not qualify for payment depending on when the candidate was last considered for a role with us and if there are any competing submittals.
  • Recruiters may specify how many profiles may be submitted for a particular job which we expect you to abide by. If more profiles are submitted than we request, we may not send new openings to you in the future.
  • Our agency partners are eligible for credit and payout only if the candidate is hired against the job requirement the profile was submitted for.
  • We will not accept any resumes for positions that we do not have an immediate opening for.

All guidelines set above are subject to change and we will take exceptions on a case by case basis. In the event of any contradiction between these terms and the MSA, these terms will prevail.
